  Great communication with seller! Fast responses to questions. Unfortunately Richard the Lion heart was beheaded when I got him out of the box. Shipping was fast packed very well with bubble wrap. I also received another figurine the same day from the same seller. It was perfect. I believe through no fault of the seller but perhaps the way it was handled by USPS during its journey is when the beheading happened All was resolved quickly. Will definitely purchase from this seller again!!!

  The item I received had some slight damage. I contacted the seller, and they were very gracious and gave a full refund, which I wasn't asking for or expecting. This is a very generous action, and I highly recommend this seller as being reputable. Apart from the mishap, everything else about the purchase was fine.
