  The book unfortunately went to a different address due to the Post workers. Great communication from seller when I contacted them to say it hadn’t arrived. Thankfully it turned up a few days later. Item was packaged well. Good value. Item as described.

  The item was said to be in very good condition? When it arrived and i opened the package the front cover and front page had what looked like coffie stains split over it. Sent message to seller. And they gave me a full refund . With no questions asked. Really good seller.

  As I was buying another book from this seller, I was tempted to buy a second one with 25% reduction. Having been given the first three books in the Miss Seeton series, I bought the fourth one here. The condition is as described. Both books were packed in the same bag and it was a relief that they came by Royal Mail, which I find more reliable than some delivery companies. They came very quickly. Communication from the seller and Royal Mail was excellent. Recyclable packaging would be lovely.

  Excellent Seller! Highly Recommended! Great value for money! My book was dispatched quickly and arrived in good time. Unfortunately, upon close inspection, I discovered that three pages were torn about halfway through. Just my luck to receive a defective copy advertised as "very good". However, the seller responded to my message within two hours, offered his sincere apology, and promptly issued a refund. I truly appreciate the great customer service. I can’t recommend this seller enough!

  I am leaving positive feedback for the overall experience with this seller. Ordered 2 hard back books. One came packed in a thick card sleeve, all good. This one was packed in a plastic bag, which ripped in transit due to the weight of the book. However, on opening the book up, the cover was ripped away from the spine which would have been apparent before shipping. On contacting the seller, they responded promptly and refunded without quibble. Good customer service; would use again. Thank you
