He/She must have shipped it immediately after he saw I had paid at the time I placed the order.     It was a good value for what was offered unfortunately USPS destroyed the package along the way and lost the item that was included. Talk to the seller send a photo of the package and refund refunded my money in my eyes. This is a A+ +++++ seller and will look for again
