I’m still confused over this however the seller communicates well and refunded my purchase without question. I think the seller maybe overwhelmed with orders or his business needs a re-structure but I will wait a while before I purchase from this store again.

But I did do a silly thing I ordered 4 bags thinking that they would come individually but they came 4 in 1 pkt, I have been in contact with the seller and they gave me an address to send the 3 other bags back to, this was done on Friday and I have emailed them a copy of the receipt from Australia Post and once they see that they have said that they will give me a refund on the 3 bags
