  I received my item timely. However, upon opening the package I could see that there was something on the shoes that was not present in the listing photos. I reached out prior to opening the inside package to discuss with seller prior to my trying to clean them in case I needed to return them. I actually reached out twice. That was 5 days ago and I have yet to receive a response. I did just open and clean the item and will watch to see if the spot returns when dry.
