  A situation has to be extreme for me to give negative feedback, so I’ll just say neutral. I understand people have things going on, so the fact that this package was never sent isn’t the end of the world. But to never respond to any communication, from me or eBay, was frustrating. I finally had to wait the allotted time, and received a refund via eBay. Still haven’t heard one word from the seller. Maybe send them a message before you go through with a purchase, to ensure they won’t ghost you.
