The phone arrived, loose in the box lacking any kind of protection additionally the listing said it was unlocked which was the not the case. Thankfully I was able to unlock it on my own. I would recommend this seller just make sure to confirm all the information in the listing prior to purchase.

Seller was quick with communication. Would certainly order from again. While shipping is not the seller's problem shipping was lumpy and I had to file a report with FedEx to find out where the laptop was. It was due to arrive Friday but it did not arrive until Sunday. Not the seller's fault and still deserves five stars across the board!

Once I had the laptop out of the sleeve I inspected it for blemishes on the outside and inside the entire laptop is in " LIKE NEW " condition. I started the process of getting it set up and am VERY PLEASED so far with everything. I am more than happy with this transaction I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER

The value for the particular one i ordered was really good, and it came just as described and I have no issues with it. The battery was even in really good health for a used laptop. The item was shipped with FedEx which I personally have never had a problem with. It shipped fast and the bax cam undamaged.

Minimal padding in cardboard box had me worried about possible shock damage during shipment but all drives recognized and working fine for now. Overall good value and positive buying experience.
