    The quality, appearance, and condition of the phone exceeded expectations especially based on the price. The shipping was very quick as well. What was not great was the packaging. The phone arrived, loose in the box lacking any kind of protection additionally the listing said it was unlocked which was the not the case. Thankfully I was able to unlock it on my own. I would recommend this seller just make sure to confirm all the information in the listing prior to purchase.

    Fast shipping and items received as described. Drives packaged in individual ESD bags with bundle of 10 drives bubble wrapped. Minimal padding in cardboard box had me worried about possible shock damage during shipment but all drives recognized and working fine for now. Overall good value and positive buying experience. Will buy again!!!

    This laptop arrived 100% as described all options that were listed in the description are actually a part of the laptop! Seller was quick with communication. Would certainly order from again. While shipping is not the seller's problem shipping was lumpy and I had to file a report with FedEx to find out where the laptop was. It was due to arrive Friday but it did not arrive until Sunday. Not the seller's fault and still deserves five stars across the board!

    Very happy to buy from this seller. iPhone was received exactly as described. Many sellers say "new sealed iPhone" and ship you a "new to you" phone in a generic cardboard box "sealed" with packing tape. And most do not disclose that the battery health is also well below 80% max capacity. This seller was a welcome surprise. iPhone was BRAND NEW never used in the ORIGINAL SEALED Apple packaging. 100% battery health. Thank you!!!

    The shipping was fast and the packaging was professionally done to protect the laptop from damage.The product was as described by model but NOT by cosmetic condition which didn’t meet my expectations.I contacted the seller,they apologized for the inconvenience,requested that I return it for free for a full refund since that was the last item they had on stock for that model or if I could choose another laptop.I was already due to travel, and needed the laptop so I kept it.It functions great.

    A word of caution But first the good: rapidly answered questions, physically shipped in two days, arrived quickly and super well packet. Item as described and pictured. A word of caution: carefully look at the pictures and read the description. Mine clearly showed a missing rubber pad on the bottom which I did not notice till I search for the reason why it was unstable. Also note the Thinkpad P53 has two models: 20QN and 20QO. I am still searching for the reason why my screen flickers.
