When I received the package and opened it the bag that the printer cord was already opened by someone else. So it's not new if the bag holding the the cord had been opened by someone else. The printer cord is the right length. I will be testing the cord to make sure it works properly and if not I will be contacting the seller for resolution. Thanks

Seller is fine, but these transmitter's are getting some age under them and the battery's don't want to take a charge. They work fine if you leave them plugged in and that's what I do.
