  Shipping was very fast, the item is well made. However the sweet seller had made an accidental mistake & sent me a glow in the dark instead of the opalite. She found her mistake and refunded my money, wrote me a note and told me that I could keep the glow in the dark anyway. I thought that was extremely nice of her! Actually, I wanted to glow in the dark for my grandson and couldn't find one. This must be fate! I highly recommend this seller, she's a sweetheart!

  Item although used, was in perfect condition. It was a fragile item and meticulously packaged . Item was shipped immediately by seller. Tracking updates were a little off with a last minute one day delay. Seller was very professional and thoughtful and followed up with message to me to assure I had received the item . I was very pleased with product and seller.

  The item was packaged well despite arriving broken, not to the mishandling of the seller. They did a great job. The product was in good value and shape. I would purchase from the seller again. I'm going to blame the delivery service. Often do they just toss it onto the concrete doorstep. I believe that's where it was broken.

  The shipping was well considering holiday season be so, the packaging was straight-foward, the item is as described, came so be, even tje neckstrap for necklace so was better and more as I hoped it be, good for the value of item, even communication with buyer was nice to have, definately recommend, and would buy from again in future no question.
