    Exactly as described , Brand New in sealed package . Good quality tool and a great value . Looks good and even came with a free decal which I already put on my bike .     Package arrived quickly. The mfg packaging was open/broken. The part was in packaging. Once getting the part out I did notice an oily substance on the thread of the bolt. I took a paper towel and wiped off what you see in the picture. For my purposes on a 12 year old bike it is fine and gonna get oil on it after first use anyways. Part works great.

    seller shipping was prompt and the item is in perfect condition and original wrapping. great seller to deal with. i got this shipped internationally and the ebay international shipping hub let me down a bit as the hub took almost 10 days to process it and forward it on to me.

    Everything about the seller was good. My only disappointment was the color advertised was gray and black. This was the color I wanted to match my other Tusk bags. I received a solid black bag. The bag works fine, and I needed it, so I did not return. The black bag functions well. Just disappointed in misleading advertisement picture.
