    The item came with a missing stone and discolored on some parts of the chain, also I have to paid for a box since the return label did not specified that is was priority and the box it came with did say it, I was surprised since the seller has many good reviews but that was my experience, not good at all.

We did check the item before shipment and was not missing a stone, however, that could happen, we do offer free warranty on all items and would have gladly replace the stone and ship back same day. We do provide a label to return but you chose to send back right away without asking for it. Full refund was issued and wishing you luck on your next purchase, sorry it didn't work out on this item.     Contemplated several rings and after comparing for days, this one was it. I love it! Even more than I thought I would. Beautiful Art Deco style.
