  Customer service is excellent, my order was well packaged, shipping was fast & inexpensive. Placed my order Friday, they shipped it that day from Texas & it arrived at my house in S. Florida on Monday in perfect condition! The rug is very thick and lush feeling. Fantastic value. I got a beautiful, high quality 8'8" x 12' real wool rug delivered for less than a synthetic would've cost from a big box store. I highly recommend this seller! I'll post pics when I get the room set up.

  The rug arrived and it is even prettier than in the picture, and the pile is thick and very comfortable to walk on.   The communication and speed at which messages were responded to is exemplary! When we asked for a delay in shipping due to a vacation schedule, they were extremely responsive and everything went as planned. The quality of the rug is excellent, and the pictures depict it accurately.
