  Figure set listed as brand new, but when I got it the tape seals both outside the box and on the inner packaging were all cut and the figures already have scuffs from the base stand they sit in. Very obviously not new. New or used really matters to collectors, and the seller didn't reply to the message I sent about this issue days ago. I should return it because I wanted this new, but I'll keep it and warn others instead.
