  Aside from USPS holding the package for almost four days in one city, it arrived intact. As to the rest of the transaction, smooth as silk. The seller offeres a fair priced product with great customer service. The product itself is can be somewhat difficult to find and is often overpriced. However, it is an excellent CLP, and it's performance is hard to beat. I do recommend both the product and seller.
