  Waited 7 days before mailing so it really took longer than expected. The package arrived looking like a ball of newspaper trash and a label…, even the delivery guy laughed…. Oh well… at least I got it and they worked!

  Arrived broken after waiting 10 days for the shipment. No response when I contacted seller. They packed the item in plastic wrapping paper with NO padding. No wonder it broke.

  i sold over 50 chemex and none of them arrived broken it was usps handling issue and we both got refund from ebay and the item was arrived in box after u got such a price deal and we could of resoved this by me sending you another one but after all you got a refund
