  Item came not properly wrapped, subsequently got bent making a large fold blemish right in the middle can’t use it, contacted seller who offered 15% refund, go figure that one for something that can’t be used. I requested a-replacement this time placed in cardboard tube to protect it. If I. Had bought this from a shop and it was damaged I’d take it back, sone eBay sellers, especially Asian sellers think they have no obligation well they do.

  poles are only 40 cm not 54cm advertised . way to short dosent even come to roof on caravan.had to wait 6 weeks to get . poor communication. and want to give a $5.00 refund for my inconvenience. but still have to go and by another one thats suitable.. would not deal with these people at all very dishonest and misleading

  I ordered what was advertised as an aluminium umbrella elbow. When I received it, it was a plastic unit. After asking for a refund or replacement aluminium unit, all communication ceased. I doubt if they actually had the aluminium part as the picture in their advert was exactly the same as the plastic one they sent me. Very deceptive advertising.
