    Everything about this transaction and the seller is excellent! The capacitor is exactly what I needed and the seller included paperwork to explain everything thoroughly. The item arrived in a timely manner, was well packed and communication with the seller was great! I would certainly do business with him again and recommend everyone else do the same!

    The relay was shipped promptly. However, it was either the wrong one in the package or it was defective. The fan came on as soon as I powered up the heater even though the thermostat wasn't calling for heat. I asked for a refund as I had to get a relay locally due to the cold weather here in Minnesota. They did provide me with a refund and free return shipping.

    Mix up with the order. Received wrong item but with great communication and quick response seller was able to correct the problem. Would definitely use this seller again.

    This seller shipped my part FAST, He included some added hardware that will be handy in the future., He also included two pages of instructions to troubleshoot any future issues I could have with the limit switches (thermodisks), I didn't need the instructions ( I am an experienced electronic tech), but I liked the personal touch. If I need any more parts I WILL purchase from this seller as he is very serious about his business.
