Brand new, without a retail box (as expected: it was stated in the description), but factory-wrapped. As it is an original Apple trackpad, the quality is as high as you can expect. The only difference is the price, well under regular retail. The seller bubble-wrapped and boxed it carefully and sent it straight away. I will gladly buy from them again.
