  I ordered a cable jumper for a ladie and got a man's pull over nothing like what I ordered. Told the seller and was told to send it back and I've got to pay postage and they would give me 10% back its disgusting. Cost over £13 and got nothing back please don't buy from this Seller as they rip you off big time. And it's happened to others people as well.

  I ordered previously in the past with this supplier so i ordered again and this time round i wasnt happy. My items never arrived and it took weeks to get resolved and get refund. So im hoping they will start improving customer service but at least tracking items they sell! Supplier agreed to give me full refund which i took for my missing items. Thanks

  Grey cardigan ordered, black cardigan received. Seller did reply, but wanted photographs AND original packaging (who keeps a torn open used plastic bag?) Ended up keeping it as too much hassle to return. Just out of hospital, on crutches and in way too much pain to faff with photographs etc.

  item arrived as described, however the item arrived a couple of days late but that could have been down to a change in courier, as seller swapped from Royal Mail to Evri... And my daughter say the fit is a little bigger, so possibly order a size smaller... but despite that, we will be ordering from them again.

  "Really poor experience. Seller accepted the order but didn't bother uploading a tracking number, leaving us in the dark. When the parcel finally arrived, the items were completely different from what was advertised – a total letdown. Feels like a deliberate bait and switch. Not impressed at all. Avoid if you want a hassle-free purchase."
