  This seller is very responsive. I began reaching out to the store before making my purchase and encountered a small issue when my product arrived and they were quick to respond and provide a resolution. The packaging was perfect and well protected. The display arrived brand new without any scratches, blemishes and looks and works great. I got great value for this display compared to buying directly from Apple's self service site.

  They sent me the wrong screen. I would hesitate to buy from them again because of 2 reasons. 1) When I first told them they sent the wrong screen, they replied that I had ordered the wrong one and I would pay for return shipping. When I sent a copy of the ebay order showing I had ordered correctly, they then said it was a warehouse error and sent me a prepaid label. 2) They asked me to leave positive feedback BEFORE shipping the correct screen. I did not. The outcome was positive but lengthy.

  Would buy from this seller again. I didn’t end up needing my purchase so I opened a returned, but the return didn’t work so I decided to try and close it, then open it again. I didn’t know that once you close a return, you can’t reopen it. I contacted the seller and they were understanding and very helpful. Since the return couldn’t be reopened, they said that they would send their address for me to ship it on my own, then they would refund me.

  Great experience with the seller. Fast shipping and ultra responsive. Ensures that the issues are resolved in a way that’s acceptable for all. The item was mis handled by USPS and the seller agreed to either offer a partial refund or return. I chose for the partial refund. Great communication overall and would definitely buy products from this seller in future.

  So the item still hasn't shipped being the screen in mid frame for my phone even though I paid for it last Friday tomorrow is Tuesday the back glass I ordered is already almost to my address I even received a message from you via email stating that I'm here for you whenever you need and your item will be shipped pronto but yet it's still in free shipment what is going on with it I need the screen and the back door to arrive at the same time so I can refurbish mail my screen rectify the situation
