  The Ace Pro came exactly as described, brand new and was packaged very well. They were also very quick to ship and got the package earlier than expected! It was all plug and play and worked right away. My favorite part is the built in dryer. The seller was also very quick to respond and help me with one small error. I would buy this printer and ace pro again for my next printer.

  This seller went above and beyond after I screwed up my address on my order (I put in the street address for where I am staying for work, but the city, state, and zip for my home address 900 miles away). They were quick to respond when I realized my mistake and then they contacted the delivery service to correct the delivery address. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

  Printer came look as listed box took a beating. All looks good but will let you know is any was damaged by FedEx. They almost last it as they sent it to the wrong address Sunday but corrected it and got it delivered it today. Photo some more of the damage to the box. Any damage is on FedEx if any is found. Very happy that this with the magnetic PEI.
