  I got email that it was delivered last weekend. But was NOT in my mailbox...It ARRIVED TODAY...with invoice indicating it had been on BACK ORDER!!!....so I got the Item, just NOT as originally indicated. ....at least it was NOT stolen from my porch.

  Had a bit of a SNAFU with shipping. The hose ended up getting shipped back up the seller instead of me. They kept in constant contact with and ended up giving me a full refund without any issues. I appreciate their great customer service which is why I’m giving them a high rating despite not getting the product that I ordered.

  3days to ship 3 days in route. pkg was smashed and stain on outsde being a small envelop on a big UPS truck. Should use USPS for less damage.

  Very happy with the quality of the product, condition is brand new and the value was great for a 50 foot power cord. but no communications with the e-bay seller about the very poor shipping process/tracking. Not sure why fedx was the shipper used instead of USPS for such a small package.
