  My initial review was negative as a result of my own misjudgement and an issue which was caused by circumstances beyond the seller s control. Nonetheless, the seller was just incredibly kind and was absolutely cool and professional every step of the way. Not only did they replace my item free of charge, but gently reminded me that there are still people in the world who genuinely believe in good business and lasting connections. I cannot recommend this seller highly enough. Thank you so much!!!!

  may have been a showroom demo, never used. I can just send buyer a new one if he wants it, no problem at all. The buyer didn't follow eBay guidelines "contact seller before a poor review". Beware of buyers like this.

  Since my initial feedback, this seller reached out to me to correct the issue. They were very professional and kindly offered to send a replacement. Very cool!! I'm sure their products are excellent, as I've heard and seen only positive reviews from others, including the individual this was purchased for -and I'm sure he will be quite happy with the product, as I am with the seller ♥︎
