  I received the charger quickly. It was packed well. It was used as described. I was priced well with in my budget. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. The seller helped me quickly for a return and refund.

  *CAVEAT* Took the seller more than a week to ship & that was only after I contacted to find out when they would be getting around to it. UPS damaged the item & decided to return it to the seller - I never saw it. I told the seller I would still want it if the glass wasn't broken. No reply. 3 days after UPS returned the item the seller finally acknowledged he had it - after I sent him a copy of the proof of delivery from UPS. Took some more prodding & a reminder the next day to get refunded.

  This was a smooth transaction. An OEM Ford part at a fair price. It arrived on time, it was well packaged and in great shape. This part is mint. Better than the pictures conveyed. Thank you!

  Fast shipping. Packaging was adequate. Product was as described apparently to the best of sellers knowledge. I cannot fault them bc I took a risk buying used. The machine started smelling odd less than 2 minutes into use. Shortly after, I smelled an electrical burn smell and had to sling it out of my door before things got any worse. Again, the seller described it to the best their knowledge, I took the risk. Hopefully Sellers will actually test their products from now on. That could've been bad

  Bit of a late, well not too late, review. Shipping was fast, packaging was good, item as described and most importantly... I just installed it and my window now operates! Great value compared to new.
