CUSTOMER BEWARE: I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID ABOUT THIS (and so should you be) Yes, the P7a was close to new, all as described. But wait-The phone was sent in a shoddy slim bag and an inadequate box which was ejected through my letter-box like a peice of trash falling to the hard floor. I cannot beleive the thoughtlessness and stupidity of thhis vendor. I will never knowingly purchase from them again

So far, we have never had any issues with our packaging and after sending hundreds of privacy friendly phones to our customers, they have always arrived to them safely and without damage. However, we are concerned about the rough delivery of your item. We'll always replace or refund items if they arrived damage as it is our responsibility that items are delivered safely.
