  A much needed item after the breakdown of my previous head. Item was as described and great value for money. The item was packaged well and posted within a day of ordering, the only let down was the delivery of the item was delayed by Royal Mails incompetence by sending it to the wrong sorting office, but this is not the fault of the seller who provided a fantastic service.

  Had a question about the dispatch of this item as I was concerned it was not dispatched in time and got an answer back straight away. Communication was great and seller had sent package with high priority and ensured it arrived on time. Great service received! The item arrived and was as described and even more beautiful in person!
