    Item was new in box and exactly as the seller described. The seller was out of town when I ordered and they promptly notified me that there would be delay. They offered a full refund if I did not want to wait an extra few days. With their excellent price and communications, I waited. Item was well wrapped and arrived on the new schedule. They had the best price with shipping on eBay, so a great deal all around.

    As mentioned by numerous other buyers, this seller engages in fraudulent avoidance of eBay policy. Ordered an item in a specific color and seller messaged that they were out of that color. Politely informed seller that I would like to receive what I ordered, wasn't cancelling, and if they needed to cancel, they may choose "out of stock" as the reason. Hours later, seller fraudulently chose "buyer requested to cancel" in order to avoid sanction from eBay. Reported seller & messages to eBay.
