    AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS! The item was listed as located in the UK - turns out it was shipped from the US, which extended the original delivery times. Then the package was delivered to the wrong address, completely different to mine. Seller refused to give a refund, ignored my repeated requests to give a refund and lied about sending out a replacement. Had to report to Ebay to get my money back. DISHONEST SELLER - AVOID

    A different computer came to the one I purchased from you, it also came with an Amazon sales ticke. No spec. I sent messages asking for an explantion. Also I have repeatedly requested that the seller confirms to me that the item is, 1 new 2 is compatable with windows 11 3 is at least of comparable specification, to the one I ordered. The replys have been none exsistant, or not answerd what I have asked, barring that it is new. The level of customer service is not acceptable. Can you help. ed
