  The product arrived on time and very well packed. Seller had very good communication. He called to ask info on regarding the item and it was the right radio unit for my vehicle make,model and year. He was reassuring the radio was the one I needed ask for specific info. Great experiences highly recommend seller for any OEM product.   This was the best customer service experience I've ever had on EBAY. I received a call from the seller soon after I placed my order. They wanted to double check the model number of the product I was replacing and cross referencing it with the year and model of my truck just to make sure I received the correct product. The product arrived securely packaged and worked perfectly in my truck. This seller exceeded my expectations.
