    Tbh , this seller is probably the kindest I encountered yet ! They really talk you through all the steps and they even talk to you nicely about their shop, what they like and stuff ! The product arrived in the best shape possible ! No damage at all, well wrapped ! It is in an almost perfect quality ! Even tho it was a second hand product !     So much better than described, girl figure herself is spotless, flocking perfect. Gave her dress a wash to refresh it. Item was well packaged for safe international shipping which was super fast! Adore her, so very happy and excited to add her to our collection. Family is just awaiting Dad ermine to arrive at the hotel!
