  Excellent experience with seller. They were quick to respond to questions about the item. When I ordered, they provided updates about shipping. The item arrived in great shape, extremely well packaged especially it was more fragile. Would definitely purchase from them again. The original images were also very detailed, showing any imperfections so there were no surprises and item looked same in person as described. Great experience!

  I received my beautiful watch just a couple short weeks after I purchased it and I AM IN LOVE. It looks BRAND NEW and it was packaged well to make sure it reached me without any damage.   Originally I was not totally happy with the item delivery. There was a considerable amount of discoloration and heavy cracking on the plastic pieces not shown in pics. Reached out to seller. Apologized, and checked with packaging personnel. Offered a decent partial refund. In the end, the shoe is still wearable and the seller made the appropriate accommodations. Very good business.
