  The first blade, along with the first replacement that was sent both arrived damaged. It ended up taking three separate deliveries to finally receive one that was free of damage. The customer service representatives were generally understanding and for the most part helpful. They were quick to send a replacement, it still took a over a week of back and forth emails, photos and phone calls. During which time, as a direct result, I lost income.

  I think the price was fair. My husband hasn’t used the product yet. I called customer service to ask a question and they were professional, helpful and courteous.

  Said delivery was 2/3 to 2/5, get an alert that it would be 3/5. Then get an email on the 5th that now it would be the 8th. Had I have.known this, I would not have ordered. Could have paid $2 more and had it yesterday. Do not recommend.
