I requested a replacement from the seller and asked for it to be packaged more securely. Seller shipped a replacement quickly, and it arrived unbroken. I did not like having to spend extra time to get it re-shipped, but I appreciate that the seller made things right and communicated with me through the process. I was pleased with the item.

I ordered it on a late Wednesday night talked to the seller early Thursday morning asked if it was possible to have it by that Monday and sure enough it was delivered Saturday. They shipped it out the same day I talked to them! Not only is the sweater beautiful the seller was super friendly and great and the shipping was quick! Would definitely order from them again!
