  Ordered a double pole contactor from seller and received a single pole contactor which is half the price of a double and the application i have cannot use a single pole contactor. Reached out to seller to have product exchanged and they informed me the correct one would be shipped out that day. Here we are weeks later and no contactor or after trying to contact seller again no response

  When I tried to place this negative feedback, it says contact seller which I have done numerous times with no response you see from the photos with this item cost me approximately a year and a half ago. I messaged the seller to see if they could do anything on the price. No response whatsoever very very poor communication if you purchase item don’t expect any help or communication from the seller very unfair to almost double price in a year and a half. !!!

  Offered a Return / refund after a year and a half ago. but the buyer refused.
