  Item was as described, quality and Appearance is refurbished as stated , value was good especially for a plug-and-go setup. Quality seems to be as described. Looked like a new tpim. The company took it upon themselves to credit my account as the lable for sent for the return was unusable. ( I am sure it was not an intentional problem). At the UPS store. I went ahead and sent it myself. It was a pleasant surprise to receive an email with a credit for shipping.

  Reasonable shipping time, works exactly as it should and customer service is far above most. Price was definitely reasonable compared to others. Was packaged well and no damage during shipping. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again in the future. Excellent job and thank you for the excellent communication and quality product.   Great seller very responsive. We’re going to help me all the way through the steps in my purchase. I had an issue with it responding to my truck I emailed them back and instead of them responding that I did something wrong. They responded with. There’s a new one in the mail. Amazing. Never had that happen. Hands-down amazing company telling the two shops in this town will go through them from now on and I’m about to order another computer for my other truckquickly responsive fast shipping

  For the most part, I was upset that the add started no dealership needed only to find out it will still need to go to the dealership for key programing. An extra $120 because of this description is 4, shipping time of delivery kept getting pushed out. 4, seller communication 4 I felt the add was a little misleading, only after I received the u it was there a note stating that certain models will need dealership programing 4 stars.

  Order started out rough due to part availability after I had paid but they did make up time and get it to us only a day late. Was kept very informed on the status and part arrived exactly as was ordered. All in all, pleased with the purchase.
