  Thank you for today's delivery of the clothes line props, that we bought from you earlier this week. They arrived securely packaged and in near perfect condition. One of them has a slight dent in the part of the tube nearest the top, but we don't think that it will affect the use of the item, so apart from that slight niggle, everything was as described. Thanks too for sending such attractive coloured ones, to help cheer up wash days. Now all we need is some better weather! Thanks again.

  If he had contacted me for a change of delivery address I would not have cancelled the item but as it too 3 days to answer I waited for a refund then re ordered Communication not good but what you get with eBay
