  I ordered two separate items from this seller. I asked if they could combine shipping...no reply. They charged me two separate shipping charges, yet combined the 7 oz. shipment into one box. I paid $22.80 for a 7 oz. package to be delivered...shame on this greedy seller. I will NEVER purchase from them again and you should think twice before they also rip you off. I believe they pocketed at least $10.00 more for shipping than was needed. Shame...shame...shame on your greediness.

  The buyer needs to get there information correct. I refunded them 11.40 which was half the shipping charges.

  This seller goes above and beyond. I gave up looking for a part on my own behalf. The seller mentioned finding the part for me and had the exact part I was looking for. It was obvious the seller is highly knowledgeable and experienced as this transaction was a breeze. 10 out of 5 Stars. I will forever be impressed.

  Prior to purchase I asked seller to confirm the part was correct replacement for my piano (Yamaha YDP-121) However, the part I was sent NOT the right one. Similar in shape, but still wrong. Upon receiving the incorrect part I messaged the seller requesting the correct part (or a refund) because he made the mistake. However, after 8 days still no reply. I recommend NOT buying from this seller.
