    Shipping and packaging was great There was a difference with what was shipped and the listing. I was able to reach out to the seller and they replied within 5 minutes apologized and offered several options which were acceptable to resolve the issue quickly.     Headset came as described/pictured. You didn't disclose the fact that the Glasses Spacer was already installed, so I was ready to go and get another, lol! Packaging was as tight as a Fortress, so no damage during shipping (2 layers bubble wrap, an outer box of packing peanuts [do not eat the packing peanuts, y'all]). Shipping was FREE and lightning fast, I thought USPS was on crack! Decent value for a pre-owned headset, you EARNED your 100% satisfaction!!

    This was a great buying experience for me, the seller answered all the questions I had before the sale & after.
