  Posted quickly & arrived in a nice bubble envelope clearly labelled. Beads further packed in clear plastic pouch. Beads were much darker than the photographed pale pink. Attempted return as they weren’t the colour I was tasked to find. Although the seller is listed as accepting 30 day returns this is “only if the item arrives broken”. The seller offered a generous partial refund “as a goodwill gesture” & said I could keep the item. I’d have preferred a return but appreciated the gesture.

  Disappointed that the seller didn't offer to combine the postage as I'd bought two lots on the same day, so he charged twice the postage and they both arrived together same day yet different envelopes.... Arrived safely within the time and as described, securely packaged.
