    My purchase was well packaged but the contents arrived much poorer than described. I wanted to review the original listing to see if I missed something before I purchased it. There was substantial physical damage not described in the description to both the case and one of the discs and that listing does not mention it, instead calls it 'good'. The item I received is not usable.

    The item was NOT DELIVERED. The postman put my package in A Package Concierge Locker, a Service that DOES NOT work. I can't get the item from the box as it is faulty. Apartment Complex Maintenance people are all from foreign countries and are extremely uneducated and stupid. They don't understand English. This is a problem in the D.C. area. Hopefully, I will get the Transmitter in this Lifetime. eBay DOES NOT LET YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING - UNLESS YOU GIVE GOOD FEEDBACK. FRUSTRATED!!!
