  I received the incorrect model and it did not function properly. Kept displaying „Please Wait“. Contacted the seller and received some guidance. We determined that the unit is faulty and I returned it. The seller send me the correct model and used next day delivery. I was also offered extended warranty. Professional and responsive. I hope I get to use my Panasonic for a long time.

  I am delighted by this purchase which was supposed to be delivered by the end of January, but arrived the day after I ordered it - about 2 weeks early! Brilliantly packaged for safety and good communication from the start. I have finally set it up and found that it works beautifully and I can now catch up on watching some very old videos. Thank you so much. I can heartily recommend you to everyone. Sorry my feedback was late as I wanted to wait to connect it and check that it was working!

  Asked the seller a question about the remote, Never got a reply so ordered one anyway. Lucky for me the remote worked with the machine otherwise I would be out of pocket. Otherwise Item as described, Fair price, Slow Delivery "the seller was trading in my own town" as I found out today. could have just gone to the shop a week ago. Alls well that ends well.

  Recorder was delivered earlier that stated the packing was excellent and in perfect condition i would recommend Seller it proved to me that you pay a higher price to get a better unit.
