  This piano roll took almost a month to deliver to me. Apparently it got stuck in Atlanta for weeks 😡. At any rate, I notified the seller needing additional information so I could put a tracer on it. To my surprise, I was refunded in full my money and I didn't ask for that. It was so nice of them and showed me what amazing people they are. The payment they refunded is now headed back to them. It wouldn't be right for me to keep it without paying. Tremendous integrity with this seller.

  The seller was very communicative and was very helpful. The TV arrived with no damages and in very good condition, just a little dirty, but cleaning it was easy. I think my only gripe is that the TV did not come with the remote that was advertised, but the seller very generously provided a replacement.

  Perfect transaction. Great care was taken with shipping and communication was spot on. Shipping a turntable isn't easy so that it arrives in one piece. I was allowed to give advise about shipping and it all worked perfectly. This is my forever turntable in great condition and at a very fair price. A+ seller.
