Note: there is no cable from the wall socket to the adapter: you have to use what you have and in any case it is easy to find. The plug to the PC is ok, like the original. Unfortunately the delivery times from the UK to Italy after Brexit have increased considerably: 20 days for the delivery of a small package. This is not a problem of the seller, I think it depends on the customs. The seller is reliable.
