  Sellers that don't have an issues are good, BUT sellers that have an issue due to NO FAULT of their own AND they still correct it are the GREATEST! Had an item damaged during shipping. It was obvious that it was the shippers fault because the packaging was damaged as well. I notified the seller and he immediately offered a replacement and didn't ask me to jump through 15 hoops. This, this is what makes GREAT seller! Thank you AJL958! Highly recommend!

  Great mixer and at very good performance price point. Item matched the ad photo and description perfectly. The shipment was the best packaging I have ever seen. Product was well protected with double wall box and an abundance of bubble wrap NICE WORK and many thanks for this 5-star work! FedEx is FedEx … over commit and under achieve on performance regarding delivery dates.Mixer runs great and was used to make an Angle Food cake on day one and it performed flawlessly.

  The shipment was fast, and the packaging was perfect! Everything seen in the image arrived, although they should said that two fasteners were missing from the sterilization box. (One of outside and one from inside of the basket) . But I think the price is pretty good. Thank you very much.

  I received item and it fits my saw well. Unfortunately the description was not accurate. The package has been previously open and one of the tie-knobs has a little gauge. I would like to keep the item as it functions as knew but would like to point out that “brand new” should have been described “previously opened” Packaging was good so I don’t believe shipper is responsible.

  I didn't actually get the item - there was a mix up and got someone else's item. With that being said, the seller was fantastic. Responded very quickly and refunded my money. Excellent seller - mistakes just sometimes happen:)
