  The item was delivered quickly, but unfortunately, the wrong laptop was sent. Despite this, the seller offered a £10 refund. However, the laptop was still registered to a third-party company and locked down under their mobile device management policy. The seller was able to resolve this issue, but they should have tested it before selling. Since the item wasn’t the one listed on the order, it appeared to have more damage and wear and tear.
