    Item was packed and shipped very well for protection and received very quickly. The seller was very helpful when I had difficulty setting up my product. He provided a refund when it would not connect. Very helpful person. The item was as described and looked brand new. Very good condition.

    Seller was very quick to respond and ship. It was packed extremely well, Quite a bit of bubble wrap. Although the luck of the draw I did get one with Bent prongs. They bent back OK. The seller was ready to send a replacement I declined.

    Everything was exactly as described. Packing was great & got more chargers than I expected! He was very helpful & his experience put my mind at peace when FedEx got delivers a bit messed up. I would ABSOLUTELY do business with this seller again. Thank you to him for his help! P.S. Shipping cost was MUCH cheaper than it could have been! These items were heavy. VERY reasonable shipping costs for this auction. 4 Stars on shipping only because of FedEx - not the shipper.

    Prompt shipping, well packaged item, and good communication with the seller. The unit did not come with a license key, but we swapped it's power supply for one that had died, which saved us having to configure this one.
