  Asked for a refund as I had mistakenly ordered the wrong £45 item. It took about 4 days to hear back which was fair enough as they could well have been busy with sales and other stuff (so don't panic if you ask them for one) and my refund was made. Honest and not greedy seller basically. Will look through their stuff and see if they have anything I do want as they deserve the custom for that in my opinion.

  Royal Mail damaged the calendar during shipping, contacted seller within 2 minutes seller responded and very apologetic sent a replacement immediately which arrived perfect. Cannot fault this seller extremely impressed by how quickly he dealt with the problem when Royal Mail were the problem. Just the kind of seller that are a pleasure to deal with, and it’s a Great calendar. It’s a 5* from me 😊

  Product was in excellent condition & parcelled well. Also taking into consideration it was ordered over the Christmas period it arrived 3 days before the estimated date. Overall I'm really pleased with the service from the provider
