    Seller blamed me for item not arriving, was very condescending all throughout, refuses to refund me after my purchase did not arrive, UPS says they attempted a delivery, but they did not, seller acts like I'm stupid for suggesting they went to the wrong house, "I have washed my hands of this situation. I am not issuing any form of refund until the item returns" (direct quote from seller) Utterly horrible person, horrible to deal with, and overpriced anyway.

    This order got to Ireland, and the buyer failed to pay their VAT import fees. Buyer demanded a refund because the item did not arrive due to nonpayment of their required taxes. UPS International packages are returned if the dues are not paid within a week of arriving to their destination. A refund will still be issued for the price of the cap once it returns, minus shipping costs that were used to send the item. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of import taxes before buying.
