    The item has been received fine, many thanks once again! I have received only very prompt and very courteous communication from the seller, the seller has sent me this D.V.D. via a trackable, traceable, and registered service, which has arrived at the other end of this world a couple of days after this package has been shipped (the shipping itself was very prompt, just a couple of days after I have placed this order). I will definitely purchase again and I would definitely recommend this seller!

    Shipping took entirely too long, packaging was fine, item is as described, good price for item. I had to file a claim to make them move the item. The item was in NC for two days and it kept saying in transit to next facility.
